NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICES

The Library offers free notary public services for residents of Black Hawk County only. Our licensed Notary Public is available by appointment only. Walk-ins will be asked to submit an appointment request. Appointments will be conducted in the Library only during regular hours of operation. Library Staff may take up to 72 hours to respond to a request. Use the form below to request an appointment.

To have a document notarized, please ensure you bring a valid and current government-issued, photograph ID along with the unsigned documents that need to be notarized. Notary service is capped at one hour, and you may only schedule one appointment per week.

Our Notary Public reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion.
